Leadership Development
There are several leadership development workshops or retreats held throughout the year. In the fall semester there are retreats for the leadership of the Associated Students, Inc. (student government), the Vintage Days Planning Committee and the Fresno State Leadership Program.
A variety of programs, workshops, and conferences are available. The Leadership Program engages students so that they may learn the theoretical framework and concepts of leadership, commit to responsible leadership in their communities, and engage and empower others to do the same.
Leaders of Tomorrow
Leaders of Tomorrow (LOT) is a program designed for all students to enhance their leadership abilities and understanding. Pariring civic engagement with diversity awareness training while building leadership skills, this program helps to prepare students for all future career paths. The skills and theories explored in this program will help you be a successful student and life-long learner.
Emerging Leaders Retreats
These retreats are one weekend designed to begin you on your journey to discovering the leader within you. Skill building and tolls to become involved are mixed with activities for a weekend of learning and fun. Emerging Leaders Retreat Application
Leadership Board
An advisory board of students that plan, create and execute the leadership programs. Can you imagine deciding which programs to present to your peers?
