b. Due to the budget crisis it may be necessary for you to purchase student copies of Mathematica
during the semester. At that time the Mathematica will cease to function in the lab
and students will need to download thier own copy from Wolfram

 

This course is a continuation of Math 75. The prerequisite is passing Math 75(or equivalent) with a "C" or better. If you barely "squeaked" by in Math 75 you might reconsider taking Math 76. To succeed in this course students must have good skills in differentiating algebraic, trigonometric, exponential and logarithmic functions. Students should also be able to integrate both definite and indefinite integrals using the method of substitution.
