Research Interests: Multiwavelength observational astronomy of cataclysmic variable binary stars, nova shells, X-ray binaries and black holes, accretion disks and outflows, stellar magnetism, common envelope evolution, extrasolar planets, spaceflight, astronomical instrumentation.
