The Department of Criminology has a long history of providing its expertise to area criminal justice agencies. Select students have assisted the criminology department in these endeavors and projects are currently under way for the following agencies:

Fresno Police Department-technology related activities

The FPD project is managed by Dr. H.O. Schweizer in conjunction with the Fresno Police Department Detective Division. Laura BROWN, a criminology honors program student, is providing invaluable support for the project. Dr. George KIKUCHI, a new criminology faculty member, will be joining the project in August 2011.

Ms. BROWN is also assisting with the advertisement of the downtown (off campus) undergraduate and graduate degree programs for government employees.
