The above schedule is approximate, depending on any required changes due to errors, class activity, or university related circumstances.
Due to severe budget cuts imposed on the CSU by the state legislature and Governor, 1000 course sections at Fresno State have been cancelled, University Health Center and Madden Library hours are reduced, and faculty, staff, and administrators have been involuntarily furloughed two days per month (without pay) and are not allowed to work on those days (See furlough calendar on department office bulletin board for specific dates your faculty and department office staff will not be available.).
The following dates are Dr. Schweizer’s “required” Furlough Days for Fall 2009. Class does not meet and there are no office hours on the listed dates. The dates are tentative, pending approval by the Dean.
