Reflection Paper Guidelines
Reflection Papers are always due at the BEGINNING of class
I will NOT accept them late!!
1. Papers are to be a minimum of 2 pages
2. Papers must be typed, double spaced
3. Font cannot be larger than 12 pt
( I accept any of the "normal" fonts eg. Times New Roman, Palatia, Arial, Courier New)
4. Remember to include terms from your textbook regarding public speaking
Items to include:
How often did you practice? where? did you practice in front of anyone?
How did you select the topic?
Describe how you prepared for the presentation.
What did you do well? Where can you improve?
How did you feel during the speech?
How do you feel about the content of your speech? Could your content be improved? How?
How do you feel about the delivery of your speech? Did you have fillers? How was your eye contact? How can you improve on these and other delivery aspects?
What NOT to include:
Do not give me a play-by-play of the presentation. I SAW it!!

Comment as to what you see in your tape that maybe you didn’t realize had occurred.
