2. Full script – please re-type the poem/prose inserting any transitions needed.

Reflection papers will be due one week after your performance. They should be 2-3 pages in length – refer to the reflection paper guidelines for more information.
Overview of Requirements: This assignment is similar to the other performances however I will expect each performer to EMBODY the work they will share with the class. The work must be from a published source. You will be graded on things like your characterization (voices, body, face, etc.), focus (concentration), time (you have a strict limit on this one), and selection. Please select your piece early so you can think about it, evaluate it, and practice it.
When
selecting your poem, keep your time limit in mind; please add two selections
together if your piece is too short. If you decide to add you are welcome to
combine different poems by the same author or you may focus on using a similar
theme.
Although you may use your notebook, I suggest you memorize as much as possible so please practice it over and over.
Notebooks are due on: OCTOBER 23rd
Be prepared to perform on that day – we will be practicing for this performance in class to REFINE the performances.
Those who are not prepared will not be
eligible for extra credit points.
