Review for test 3

Test 3 will be on chapter 5 and will contain 4 problems (some will only require a short calculation; some will require longer calculation, more creativity, and/or ask for an explanation). Review the following topics/problems:

Pythagorean theorem
The number pi (definition, properties)
Perimeter, area, surface area, volume (concepts and formulas for some basic shapes: rectangle, triangle, circle, rectangular/triangular prism/pyramid, cylinder)
Similarity (definition, properties, and perimeter, area, surface area, and volume of similar figures/solids)
Proportional reasoning problems
