math Math Field Day
California State University, Fresno
Saturday, April 16, 2005

Math Field Day is a competition for high school students (grades 9-12).

The purpose of this event is to provide capable students with the opportunity to meet and compete with students from other high schools and to receive recognition that they deserve.

We need you to:

  • set up the awards ceremony site from 10-11 or take it down from 4-5. You choose which time slot is better for you.

    You will get:

Please send an email to Dr. Maria Nogin (mnogin@csufresno.edu) if you are willing and able to help.

If you have siblings or friends who are now in high school please tell them about the competition!

Information about the Math Field Day can be found at http://zimmer.csufresno.edu/~mnogin/field-day/.

If you are not available on April 16th, you can earn the right to retake one of the tests by completing an extra assignment. (You will have to do reasonably well on it in order for it to count.) However, note that you will not get any points for the assignment itself. You will only earn the right to retake a test.
