Introduction
Shih-Hsi "Alex" Liu is an assistant professor in the Department of Computer Science at California State University, Fresno. His research interests span Software Engineering (e.g., Domain-Specific Modeling/Languages, Web Services, and SOA) and Evolutionary Computation (e.g., Parameter Control in Genetic Algorithms and Evolutionary Strategies).
